Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen konflik berbasis sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri Aceh Tamiang, (2) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri Aceh Tamiang, (3) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Manajemen Konflik Berbasis Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri Aceh Tamiang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain expost facto dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri di Kota Aceh Tamiang yang berjumlah 162 orang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus yamane sehingga didapat sampel sebanyak 115 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen konflik berbasis sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen konflik berbasis sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru dengan koefisien jalur ρ31= 0,331 atau 10,95%. (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung posistif dan signifikan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja guru dengan koefisien jalur ρ32= 0,485 atau 23,52 %. (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen konflik berbasis sekolah dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja guru sebesar 34,47%.
