Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar akuntansi yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning lebih tinggi dibanding hasil belajar akuntansi yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Inkuiri siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK N 1 Tebing Tinggi T.P 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Tebing Tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMKN 1 TebingTinggi T.P 2016/2018 yang berjumlah 121siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dimana sampel terdiri dari dua kelas eksperimen yang masing-masing berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar. Tes tersebut berupa pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal. Sebelum tes ini diberikan pada sampel sesungguhnya, maka tes ini diujicobakan terlebih dahulu untuk melihat tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda soal dan tingkat kesukaran soal. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu menentukan rata-rata hitung, standar deviasi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes siswa kelas eksperimen1 = 49,40 standar deviasi 11,58 dan nilai rata-rata postes siswa = 80,2 standar deviasi 7,43. Sedangkan diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes siswa kelas eksperimen2 = 48,6 standar deviasi 11,41 dan nilai rata-rata postes siswa = 74,8 standar deviasi 6,53. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan diperoleh thitung>ttabel (2,727>1,676). Artinya hipotesis alternatif dapat diterima pada taraf signifikan 95% atau α = 0,05 dengan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 = 48. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar akuntansi yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibanding hasil belajar akuntansi yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Inkuiri pada siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK N 1 TebingTinggi T.p 2016/2017.
