Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Langsung dan Metode Latihan (Drill) terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Langsung lebih tinggi daripada Metode Latihan (Drill) pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak T.P 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X AP yang berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X AP-1 (Eksperimen I) yang berjumlah 30 orang dan X AP-2 (Eksperimen II) yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah objektif tes berbentuk pilihan berganda yang berjumlah 20 soal dari 25 soal pilihan berganda yang telah diuji validitasnya dengan 5 pilihan jawaban. Teknik analisis data melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis yang dijadikan acuan untuk membuat kesimpulan Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen I sebesar 83,17 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 8,46. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen II adalah sebesar 79,33 dengan standar deviasi 8,88. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan dk = n1 + n2 -2 pada taraf signifikan 95%. Dari perhitungan hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 1,846 dan ttabel sebesar 1,671. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (1,846 > 1,671) maka hipotesis diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan model pembelajaran Langsung dan Metode Latihan (Drill) terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran Langsung lebih tinggi dengan persentase peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 50,70% daripada hasil belajar dengan menggunakan Metode Latihan (Drill) dengan persentase peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 48,73% pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi perkantoran Kelas X AP SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak T.P 2016/2017.
