Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching and learning materials Web-based E-Learning to increase the competence of lecturers and students of Electrical Engineering Education Programs. The target is expected at this research is to get learning and Web-based learning materials E-Learning to increase the competence of lecturers and students of Electrical Engineering Education Programs. The methodology of this study using research methods development or Research and Development (R & D) from Borg and Gall [1] with steps: Potential and problems, gather information, product design, design validation, improved design, product testing, product revision, utility testing, repair design and manufacture of products widely. It is also commonly called the development of research-based (research based development) oriented towards a product. Products that will be generated in this study of learning, lab, lab Trainer. This research was conducted at the Education Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering UNIMED Medan. In the even semester academic year of 2015/2016. Up to this time, the stage that has been reached or activities that have been implemented are: 1) Making the Web E-Learning, 2) The process of developing Web E-Learning for the test has been completed, 3) Delivery Learning Materials Into E-Learning site.
