Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) sejauh mana hubungan antara sikap profesional guru dengan perilaku edukatif guru di SMU Al-Azhar Medan; (2) sejauh mana hubungan antara persepsi tentang tekanan sosial dengan perilaku edukatif guru di SMU Al-Azhar Medan; (3) Sejauh mana hubungan sikap profesional dan persepsi guru akan tekanan sosial dengan perilaku edukatif di SMU Al-Azhar Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap profesional guru dan persepsi guru akan tekanan sosial dengan perilaku edukatif guru (studi kasus di SMU Al -Azhar Medan).Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini, diajukan tiga hipotesis. Panama, sikap profesional guru memiliki hubungan yang berarti dengan perilaku edukatif sehingga semakin positif sikap profesional guru maka akan semakin positif pula perilaku edukatif terhadap siswa. Kedua, persepsi akan tekanan sosial memiliki hubungan yang berarti dengan perilaku edukatif sehingga semakin positif persepsi guru akan tekanan sosial maka semakin positif perilaku edukatif terhadap siswa. Ketiga, sikap profesional guru dan persepsi akan tekanan sosial memilki hubungan yang berarti dengan perilaku edukatif sehingga semakin positip sikap profesional dan persepsi guru akan tekanan sosial maka semakin positip perilaku edukatif terhadap siswa.Data penelitian ini adalah selunth guru di SMU Al-Azhar Medan. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 45 orang. Dengan kata lain seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan angket skala linkert. Data dianalisis dengan teknik Korelasi Rank Spearman dan Korelasi Parsial.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara sikap profesional guru dengan perilaku edukatif guru SMU Al-Azhar Medan berkorelasi positip sebesar 0,809 dengan kontribusi sebesar 65,4%. Hubungan persepsi akan tekanan sosial dengan perilaku edukatif guru SMU Al-Azhar Medan berkorelasi positip sebesar 0,587 dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,5%. Sedangkan hubungan dan kontribusi sikap profesional guru dan persepsi akan tekanan sosial secara bersama - sama dengan perilaku edukatif guru di SMU Al-Azhar Medan berkorelasi positip dan signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,888 dengan kontribusi sebesar 78,8 %Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap profesional guru dart persepsi akan tekanan sosial dapat dijadikan sebagai prediktor dalam perilaku edukatif guru di SMU Al-Azhar Medan.
