Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar, kretivitas dan kepedulian orang tua secara tersendiri maupun bersama dengan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif yaitu bertujuan untuk rnernperoleh informasi tentang suatu gejala pada saat penelitan dilakukan.Populasi penelitian adalah warga belajar program Kejar Paket B setara SLTP di Kota Binjai sebanyak 249 orang, sampel berjumlah 150 orang dipilih dengan menggunakan formula cohran. Variabel terikat penelitian adalah basil belajar dan variabel betas adalah motivasi belajar, kreativitas dan kepedulian orang tua. Data basil belajar diperoleh melalui tes objektif dan data. Kreativitas menggunakan test standard dan motivasi dan kepedulian orang tua diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sebelum alat pengumpulan data digunakan terlebib dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Untuk mengetahui validitas motivasi angket digunakan rumus korelasi product moment dengan kreteria valid jika risaung > nabei pada taraf signifikan 5 % untuk mengetahui reabilitas angket digunakan rumus Point Biserial dengan criteria rhthing > motel kemudian untuk mengetahui reliabilitas tes basil belajar digunakan rumus KR20.Dari hasil validitas dan reabilitas diperoleh hasil belajar sebagai berikut : (1) instrument tes hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia yang valid 57 butir dengan koefisien korelasi 0,931, (2) instrument angket motivasi belajar yang valid 35 butir dengan koefisien reabilitas sebesar 0,874 dan (3) instrument angket kepedulian orang tua yang valid 43 butir dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,926.Hasir penelitian rnenunjukkan bahwa : pertama terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat berarti antara motivasi belajar dengan basil belajar dengan persamaan regresi Sr = 1.53 1- 0.0014 xi. Koefisien korelasi 0,53 dan koefisien determinasi 0,28 yang berarti konstribusi motivasi belajar terhadap basil belajar sebesar 28 %, kedua terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat berarti antara kreativitas dengan hash belajar dengan persamaan regresi Sr = 1,303 = 0.016X2 koefisien korelasi9 0,51 dan koefisien determinasi 0,26 yang berarti konstribusi kreativitas hasil belajar sebesar 26 % Ketiga terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat berarti antara kepedulian orang tua dengan basil belajar dengan persamaan regresi St = 1.617 + 0.014 x3 koefisien korelasi 0,42 dan koefisien determinasi 0,17 yang berarti kostribusi kepedulian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 17 %. Keempat terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat berarti antara motivasi belajar, kreativitas dan kepedulian orang tua secara bersama sama dengan basil belajar warga belajar dengan persamaan regresi ganda y= 0.013 + 0.012 xi + 0.013 x2 + 0.009 x3, koefisien korelasi ganda 0,74 dan koefisien determinasi 0,55 yang berarti konstribusi motivasi belajar, kreativitas dan kepedulian orang tua secara bersama — sama terhadap hasil belajar 55 %.
