Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find a significant relationship between organization climate and perceptions of the principal with the performance of teachers Medan City Junior High Shcool and the number of sample is 60 people. Instruments used to collect data is the Likert scale questionnaire. Engineering analysis is a technique used correlation and simple and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Climate Organization has a significant relationship with the performance of teachers with 0.570 correlation coefficient, 2) Perceptions about the Pricipal Leadership has a significant relationship with teacher performance with correlation coefficient 0.540, and 3) Perceptions about the Principal Leadership and Organizational Climate jointly have a significant relationship with teacher performance with correlation coefficient 0.755. the conclusion of this research is that the organizational climate and perceptions of leadership of school principals are empirically proven to be a contributing factor teacher performance improvement.
