Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar kimia, gaya berpikir terhadap hasil belajar kimia, dan interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gaya berpikir terhadap hash belajar kimia siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini betjurnlah 160 orang yang berasal dari 4 kelas XI MAN 2 Medan. Sedangkan sampel berjumlah 51 orang yang diambil dan 2 kelas dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Sebelum perlakuan diberikan terlebih dahulu sampel penelitian diberikan tes gaya berpikir untuk membedakan jenis gaya berpikir yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Tes hasil belajar yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian terlebih dahulu diujicobakan untuk mengetaluti tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas tes. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 50 soal yang diujikan sebanyak 40 soal saja yang memenuhi persyaratan. Statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif untuk menyajikan data dan statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan Anava 2 jalur yang sebelumnya, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis data yaitu uji normalitas dengan uji Lilliefors dan uji homogenitas varians dengan uji Bartlet.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar kimia. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Fhitung = 40,41 > Ftabel = 4,03 pada taraf signifikan a=- 0,05 dengan dk = (1,47). Terdapat pengaruh perbedaan gaya berpikir terhadap basil belajar kimia. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Fhitung = 132,76 > Ftabel = 4,03 pada taraf signifikan a = 0,05 dengan dk = (1,47), dan terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gaya berpikir terhadap hasil belajar kimia siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Fhitung = 75,69 > Ftabel = 4,03 pada taraf signifikan a = 0,05 dengan dk( 1,47).
