Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untukmeningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Ilmu Statika dan Tegangan Pada kelasX Program Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Program Keahlian TeknikGambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 denganjumlah siswa sebanyak 30 siswa, metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada saat penelitiandilaksanakan.Sebelum penelitian ini dilakukan terlebih dahulu di ujicobakan dandilanjutkan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalampenelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis data secara deskriptif. Dalam hal inipeneliti menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu mencari nilai rata-rata,persentase keberhasilan belajar.Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi proses dan hasil pada setiap pembelajaran danberdasarkan kriteria keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini,terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa pada setiap siklus dari siklus pertamaskor aktivitas siswa aktivitas siswa dengan kategori nilai sangat aktif sebanyak 3orang (10,00%), aktif 8 orang (26,66%), cukup aktif 11 orang (36,68%) dan yangtidak aktif 8 orang (26,66%) meningkat menjadi nilai yang dikategorikan sangataktif sebanyak 5 orang (16,67%), aktif 23 orang (76,67%), cukup aktif 2 orang(6,66%) dan tidak ada siswa yang tidak aktif pada siklus ke dua. Selanjutnyapeningkatan hasil belajar siswa juga terjadi, pada siklus pertama nilai hasil belajarsiswa dengan kategori tidak tuntas sebanyak 10 orang (33,34 %), cukup 8 orang(26,66 %), baik 8 orang (26,66 %), dan sangat baik 4 orang (13,34%) danmeningkat menjadi nilai hasil belajar siswa dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 11orang (36,67 %), kategori baik 8 orang (26,66 %), dan kategori sangat baik 11orang (36,67 % ) pada siklus kedua.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa dengan melakukanpembelajaran bermakna dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif TipeTeam Accelereted Instruction (TAI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa padamata pelajaran Ilmu Statika dan Tegangan pada Kelas X Program KeahlianTeknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita. Selain itu dapatmenimbulkan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan karena siswa aktif dan belajaruntuk menemukan sendiri makna dari pembelajarannya.
