Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1 Hasil belajar siswa yang diajar denganmenggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe investigasi kelompok pada mata diklatMelayani Makan dan Minum 2 Hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakanStrategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori pada mata diklat Melayani Makan dan Minum 3 StrategiPembelajaran kooperatif tipe investigasi kelompok memberikan pengaruh yang lebih tinggidibandingkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori terhadap hasil belajar pada matadiklat Melayani Makan dan Minum. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X JasaBoga SMK Negeri 10 Medan dengan jumlah 70 orang Teknik analisis data secara deskriptifdan uji kecenderungan. Untuk uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji lilifors ujihomogenitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t satu pihakBerdasarkan hasil penelitian tes kognitif Melayani Makan dan Minum sebesar 74 29 beradadalam kategori cenderung tinggi, sedangkan untuk hasil tes perbuatan Melayani Makan danMinum pada Siswa kelas X Jasa Boga sebesar 68 57 berada dalam kategori cenderungcukup. Hasil belajar kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran KooperatifTipe Investigasi Kelompok lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan strategipembelajaran Ekspositori dengan diperoleh nilai thitung ttabel yaitu thitung 4 35 1 69sehingga penelitian hipotesis Ha diterima.Dari hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruhyang positif dan signifikan antara strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe investigasi kelompokterhadap hasil belajar mata diklat melayani makan dan minum pada siswa kelas X jasa bogadi SMK Negeri 10 Medan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut thitung ttabel 4 35 1 69 padataraf signifikan 5 Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan hipotesis tersebut diterima
