Abstract
Das Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist, festzustellen, wie die Anwendung des Lernmediums Schlangen und Leitern die Steigerung der Sprechfertigkeit der Schüler SMAN 2 Binjai in der Klasse XI IPA Jahrgang 2013/2014 beeinflusst. Diese Untersuchung ist eine Klassenhandlungsuntersuchung, die in zwei Zyklen durchgeführt wird. Jeder Zyklus besteht aus Planung, Handlung, Beobachtung, und Reflektion. Jeder Zyklus besteht aus drei Treffen, jedes Treffen dauert etwa 90 Minuten. Die Daten dieser Untersuchung werden auch durch den Test des Sprechens und einen Nontest während des Lernprozesses gesammelt. Als Instrument für den Test des Sprechens dient das Bewertungskriterium A1. Als Instrument für den Nontest werden Observationsmittel, Dokumentationen und eine Umfrage angewendet. Die Probanden in dieser Untersuchung sind alle Schüler in der Klasse XI IPA 7 SMAN 2 Binjai im akademischen Jahr 2013/2014. Die Schüler sind 48 Personen. Von dieser Untersuchung kann zusammengefasst werden, dass im Vorwissenstest drei Schüler (6,2%) den Erfolgsindikator erreicht haben, und fünfundvierzig Schüler (91,8%) nicht kompetent sind. Im Zyklus I haben achtzehn Schüler (37,5%) den Erfolgsindikator erreicht und dreiβig Schüler (62,5%) sind nicht kompetent. Im Zyklus II haben fünfunddreißig Schüler (72,9%) den Erfolgsindikator erreicht, und dreizehn Schüler (27,1%) sind nicht kompetent.
