Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Swasta Islam Al-Ulum Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Swasta Islam Al-Ulum Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Pola Permainan Kerja Kelompok.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan di SMA Swasta Islam Al-Ulum Medan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 40 siswa dan objek penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa melalui model pembelajaran PolaPermainanKerjaKelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi untuk melihat aktivitas belajar siswa dan tes untuk melihat hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Adapun teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif.Hasil analisis diperoleh data pretes hasil belajar siswa dari 40 siswa hanya 10 siswa (25%) yang tuntas. Padasiklus I hasil belajar siswa meningkat 17,5%, dimana siswa yang tuntas mencapai 17 siswa (42,5%). Walaupun ada peningkatan dari pretest ke posttest pada siklus I, namun belum mencapai ketuntasan klasikal 70%. Pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa meningkat 47,5%, dimana 36 siswa (90%)tuntas, dan 4 siswa (10%) tidaktuntas, dengan kata lain70% siswa telah mencapai nilai KKM >70. Hasil observasi menunjukkan aktivitas siswa Siklus I sebesar 25%, pada siklus II naik 82,5%, Jadi ada peningkatan yang positif dan signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 57,5%, dengan kata lain siswa yang aktif>71,88%. Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar akuntansi yang positif dan signifikan antar siklus dimana thitung>ttabelyaitu17,38 > 2,02, dengan dk =40-1 yaitu dk = 39 pada α = 0,05. Dengan kata lain Ha = X > Y diterima dan Hoditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Pola Permainan Kerja Kelompok pada materi buku besar di kelas XI IPS SMA Swasta Islam Al-Ulum Medan T.P 2013/2014 membuktikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang positif dan signifikan. Hal ini berarti model pembelajaran Pola Permainan Kerja Kelompok dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran akuntansi.
