Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini apakah budaya organisasi, sistem pengukuran kinerja, dan sistem penghargaan (reward) dapat meiningkatkan kinerja manajerial yang diterapkan pada PT. Fedral International Finance di Kota Medan.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, sistem pengukuran kinerja, dan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja manajerial secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berada di level manajerial pada PT. Federal International Finance di Kota Medan. Jumlah Populasi yang ada sebanyak 64 responden. Namun, sampel yang dapat digunakan hanya sebanyak 49 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert yang dibagikan secara langsung ke PT. Federal International Finance di Kota Medan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji normalitas, uji statistik f, dan uji statistik t. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki t hitung < t tabel (-0,626 < 2,0141) yang menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sistem pengukuran kinerja memiliki t hitung < t tabel (-1,733 < 2,0141) yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengukuran kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sistem Penghargaan memiliki t hitung < t tabel (1,245 < 2,0141) yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem penghargaan (reward) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan Secara Uji Simultan menghasilkan F hitung < F tabel (1,618 < 2,81) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak berpengaruh. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, dan Sistem Penghargaan tidak berpengaruh secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Federal International Finance di Kota Medan.
