EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PEMBERDAYAAN KELUARGA PADA IBU-IBU RUMAH TANGGA ANGGOTA UPPKS DESA PERCUT KECAMATAN PERCUT SEI TUAN DELI SERDANG

The research is intended to obtain information about : (/) the success of prosperousfamily of member UPPKS Sri Deli for depeloving bisnis, (2) the success of organizationmanajerial of UPPKS Sri Deli, and (3) the success of marketing UPPKS Sri Deli. Theresearch with evaluation methods for Program Adequacy Assesment approach. Sampleof research were 12 prosperoJ!Sfamily of member UPPKS Sri Deli with total sampling.The result of the research denotes that bisnis of prosperous family of member UPPKSSri Deli is peyek production. The bisnis is not success. The organization of UPPKS SriDeli is going smootthly and well. The marketing of VPPKS Sri Deli is not expandedbecause still just run in local market.
