Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajarakuntansi siswa dalam mata pelajaran akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan strategi REACT kelas XII Ak SMK Panca Budi 2 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Panca Budi 2 Medan pada semester ganjilTahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014 dengan subjek siswa kelas XII Ak yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, dimana dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan,tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk melihat hasil belajar akuntansi dan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar akuntansi siswa. Sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif.Dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil aktivitas siswa padasiklus I yaitu 7,5 % siswa tergolong tidak aktif, 20% siswa tergolong kurang aktif,15% siswa tergolong kriteria cukup aktif, 47,5% siswa tergolong kriteria aktif dan10% siswa yang tergolong sangat aktif. Sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 25% siswa yang tergolong dalam kriteria cukup aktif, 45% siswa yang tergolong aktif dan 30%siswa yang tergolong sangat aktif yang menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa. Sedangkan tes hasil belajar siswa yang dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu pada siklus I terdapat 25 siswa (62,5%) yang tuntas menjadi 35 siswa (87,5%) pada siklus II. Sebagai indikator ketuntasan klasikal ditetapkan 70% siswa memperoleh nilai≥70. Untuk pengujian signifikansi hasilbelajar siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistic atau uji t dengan dk= 40-1=39 pada α = 0,05. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung = 18,51 dan ttabel = 2,02.Sehingga thitung>ttabel (18,51>2,02). Dengan kata lain peningkatan hasil belajar siswa signifikan sehingga Ha diterima.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan strategi REACT dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dikelas XII Ak SMK Panca Budi 2 Medan semester ganjil Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014
