Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X Ak. SMK BM Taman Siswa Lubuk Pakam T.A 2011/2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) dengan Pendekatan Interaktif T.A 2011/2012.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK BM Taman Siswa Lubuk Pakam jalan Kartini No. 1 Lubuk Pakam. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X Akuntansi yang berjumlah 38 orang., dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) dengan Pendekatan Interaktif Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus di mana, dalam tiap siklus terdiri dalam 4 tahap yaitu, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dalam pengumpulan data teknik yang digunakan adalah melalui tes hasil belajar dan angket motivasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata motivasi siswa memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan, pada siklus I terdapat 11 orang menjadai 33 orang pada siklus II yang termasuk dalam kriteria motivasi tinggi. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh data tes sebelum penerapan dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 9 orang (23,68%) dengan rata-rata nilai 61,32, sedangkan pada siklus I yang tuntas sebanyak 15 orang (39,47%) dengan rata-rata nilai 66,55. Meningkat pada siklus II menjadi sebanyak 33 orang (86,84%) dengan rata-rata nilai 80,95 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 46,37%. Dari hasil peneltian diperoleh adanya hubungan positif antara motivasi dan hasil belajar dengan hasil rxy = 0,9503 dan D 90,31%. Hasil analisis data hasil belajar dari siklus I dan siklus II diperoleh dengan uji t (thitung =5,65 dan ttabel=.1,99), menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara siklus I dan siklus II.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) dengan Pendekatan Interaktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa di kelas X Akuntansi SMK BM Taman Siswa Lubuk Pakam T.A 2011/2012.
