Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IS 2 SMA N 1 Babalan P. Brandan Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan menerapkan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Kumon danTalking Stick di kelas XI IS 2 SMA N 1 Babalan P. Brandan Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA N 1 Babalan P. Brandan yang beralamat di jalan Melati No. 2 Pangkalan Brandan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IS 2 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa, dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Kumon dan Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Dalam pengumpulan data, teknik yang digunakan adalah melalui lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan test hasil belajar akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata observasi aktivitas siswa yang dilaksanakan pada siklus I adalah 16,66% yang termasuk dalam kriteria Aktif. Pada siklus II rata-rata observasi aktivitas adalah 80% yang termasuk dalam kriteria Aktif. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh data test sebelum penerapan dengan nilai rata-rata 60,5 sedangkan pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 69,33 atau terjadi peningkatan sekitar 8,83 poin. Dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 81,5 atau mengalami peningkatan 12,17 poin dari siklus I. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Kumon dan Talking Stick pada materi Ayat Jurnal Peenyesuaian (AJP) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI IS 2 SMA N 1 Babalan P. Brandan Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012.
