Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS1 SMA Negeri 1 Parbuluan melalui kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw dengan Model Pembelajaran Time Token . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Parbuluan yang beralamat di Jl. Sisingamangarja km.20 Sigalingging kecamatan Parbuluan tahun pembelajaran 2012/2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS1 yang berjumlah 39 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Siswa melalui Penerapan Kolaborasi Model Jigsaw dengan Model Pembelajaran Time Token. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus yang mana masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Pengamatan dan 4) Refleksi. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan angket. Tes yang digunakan adalah essay test. Angket pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar akuntansi siswa. Teknik analsis data yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: 1) Reduksi data, 2) Penyajian data, 3) Penyimpulan data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pretes sebelum dilakukan tindakan pad siklus I adalah sebanyak 10 siswa (25,65%) yang memenuhi standar ketuntasan belajar ,setelah diadakan tindakan pada siklus I siswa telah mencapai standar ketuntasan belajar sebanayak 20 siswa (51,28%) dan setelah diadakan tindakan pada siklus II sebanyak 30 siswa (76,92%) yang telah memenuhi standar ketuntasan belajar.Sedangkan motivasi juga menunjukkan keberhasilan ,hal ini terlihat dari siklus I terdapat 15 siswa (38,46%) untuk kriteria motivasi sangat tinggi dan tinggi meningkat menjadi 39 siswa (100%) untuk criteria motivasi sangat tinggi dan tinggi Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Kolaborasi Model pembelajaran Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw dengan Model Pembelajaran Time Token dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS 1 pada standar kompetensi memahami penyusunan siklus akuntansi perusahaan dagang di SMA Negeri 1 Parbuluan 10 Tahun Pembelajaran 2012/2013.
