Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IS di MA Lab. IKIP Al-Washliyah Medan dengan penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quantum Learning dengan Role Playing.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Lab. IKIP Al-Washliyah Medan yang berlokasi di Jalan Garu II No. 2 Medan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IS dengan jumlah 40 orang. Sedangkan objek dari penelitian ini adalah Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning dengan Role Playing untuk Meningkatkan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Siswa. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dimana tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanan, observasi dan refleksi. Dalam pengumpulan data, teknik yang digunakan adalah lembar angket untuk melihat minat belajar siswa dan tes untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah dengan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata kelulusan secara klasikal adalah 68,5 dengan persentase 62% (25 orang), sedangkan Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelulusan secara klasikal adalah 81 dengan persentase 92,5% (37 orang), menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kelulusan secara klasikal sebesar 30,5%. Hasil rata-rata minat belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 67,85% sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 87,2%, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa sebesar 19,35%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus II telah diperoleh ketuntasan minat dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning dengan Role Playing dapat Meningkatkan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Siswa Kelas XII IS di MA Lab. IKIP Al-Washliyah Medan Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013 pada standar kompetensi memahami penyusunan siklus akuntansi perusahaan dagang.
