Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah “Rendahnya Kreativitas dan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi siswa di kelas XI Ak SMK Swasta Teladan Medan T.P. 2012/2013”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil siswa melalui kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dan Snowball Throwing di kelas XI Ak SMK Swasta Teladan Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta Teladan Medan yang beralamat di Jalan Pkat IV no. 52 Medan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subjek adalah siswa kelas XI Ak yang berjumlah 31 orang siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dan Snowball Throwing. Dalam pengumpulan data teknik yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah dengan data kualitatif, data kuantitatif, korelasi product moment dan uji beda dua rata-rata. Data hasil observasi aktivitas siswa memperlihatkan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I terdapat 8 orang siswa (24,99%) untuk kriteria aktif dan sangat aktif dengan presentase rata- rata aktivitas siswa sebesar 57,64%. Pada silkus II aktivitas meningkat menjadi 29 orang siswa (93,53%) untuk kriteria aktif dan sangat aktif dengan persentase rata- rata aktivitas sebesar 73,08%, sehingga terdapat peningkatan aktivitas sebesar 14,44%. Selanjutnya,data nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I 18 siswa yang tuntas (58,06%) yang tuntas dengan rata- rata nilai 70,16. Pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar menjadi 26 siswa (83,87%) dengan nilai rata- rata 75,48. Dengan demikian ada peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajardari siklus I ke siklus II 25,81% dengan kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 5,32 poin. Berdasarkan ketentuan klasikal sebesar 70% maka hasil belajar siswa dinyatakan tuntas. Dari uji korelasi antara aktivitas (X) dan hasil belajar (Y), diperoleh rxy= 0.07 yang menunjukkan hubungan yang positif, artinya jika aktivitas belajar siswa tinggi, maka hasil belajar juga tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dan model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Akuntansi siswa kelas XI AK SMK Swasta BM Teladan Medan T.A. 2012/2013.
