STUDI KAPASITAS SOFT SKILLS MAHASISWA DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN

The study of Student Soft Skills Capacity at State University of Medan. The aims of study were to investigate soft skills capacity of student based on their sex and mayority especially for student. This research was taking place in UNIMED, 2013. The sample is 400 students. The research was conducted by survey method. The results of research is for student there is no different of soft skills capacity relating to their sex. In other hand, soft skills capacity between social group (IPS) is not different with science group (IPA). The other finding research, for student especially for social group there are different of soft skills capacity between female and male.
