Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara : Sikap terhadap profesi guru, Penguasaan metodologi mengajar, Kemampuan merancang pembelajaran balk sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja mengajar guru agama Islam. Populasi penelitian adalah guru agama Islam SMP Negeri sebanyak 75 orang, dan sampel sebanyak 33 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel sikap terhadap profesi guru dan kinerja mengajar guru, serta tes digunakan untuk variabel penguasaan metodologi mengajar dan kemampuan merancang pembelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasa ujicoba diperoleh X; keofisien reliabilitas 0,857; X2 koetisien reliabilitas 0,870; K3 koetisien reliabilitas 0,776, dan Y koefisien reliabilitas 0,857. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa statistik deskriptif untuk mendislu-ipsikan data dan statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis. Adapun teinuan penclitiart adalah : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara sikap terhadap profesi guru dengan kinerja mengajar guru agama Islam dengan r,i = 0,53, (2) Terdapat hubungan posit if antara penguasaan metodologi mengajar dengan kinerja mengajar guru agama Islam dengan r,.2 = 0,48, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan merancang pembelajaran dengan kinerja mengajar guru agama Islam dengan ry3= 0,52, dan (4) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara sikap terhadap profesi guru, penguasaan metodologi mengajar, kemampuan merancang pembelajaran secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja mengajar guru agama Islam dengan ry123 = 0,65. Adapun persamaan regresi didapat Y = 39,097 + 0,388 X1 + 0,800 X2+ 0,949 X3.

The purpose of this research is aimed the relationship; Attitude to word teachers profession; Mastery of teaching methodology; Competency of instructional planning by partial or simultaneously with teching, performance Islamic Teachers. The population of research were : Islamic Teachers SMP in Deli Serdang Regency. They were 75 teachers and the samples 33 teachers selected by using proportional stratified random sampling tecknique. The Instrument of this research were mastery test and questionnaires. Mastery test used to know mastery of teaching methodology and Competency of instructional planning. Questionnaires used to know attitude to word teachers profession and teaching performance Islamic Teachers. The instruments of this research were tried out in side samples to know the validity dan reliability of items. The tried instruments result concluded coefficient reliability ; X1= 0,857, X2 = 0,870, X3 = 0,776 and Y = 0,857. The research data were analized by deskriptive statistic to describe the data inferencial statistic to test hypothesis. The research show that : (1) There is positive realationship between attitude to word teachers profession with teaching performance Islamic Teachers with the result ryi = 0,53; (2) There is positive realationship between Mastery of teaching methodology with teaching performance Islamic Teachers with the result ry.z = 0,48; (3) There is positive realationship between Competency of instructional planning with teaching performance Islamic Teachers with result ry3= 0,52, and (4) There is positive realationship between attitude to word teacher;s profession, Mastery of teaching methodology and Competency of instructional planning by simultaneously with teching performance Islamic Teachers with result Ty123 = 0,65. Result regression Y= 39,097 + 0,388 X1 + 0,800 X2 + 0,949 X3
