Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan keterampilan menjelaskan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat; (2) Hubungan pengetahuan tujuan instruksional dengan keterampilan menjelaskan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat; (3) Hubungan sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menjelaskan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat; dan (4) Hubungan motivasi berprestasi, pengetahuan tujuan instruksional, dan sumber belajar secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menjelaskan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Negeri Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat. Sebelum dilakukan penelitian, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrumen kepada guru pada sekolah-sekolah tersebut yang tidak termasuk dalam sampel penelitian ini. Hasil uji coba terhadap ketiga variabel penelitian, setelah dilakukan validasi dan uji reliabilitas, maka ketiga variabel tersebut siap untuk digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestas dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tujuan instruksional dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menjelaskan ; (4). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi, pengetahuan tujuan instruksional dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menjelaskan bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat.

This study aimed to kow how much: (1) The relationship achievement motivation with skill explained of Islamic education teacher at elementary school in Sub District Wampu of District Langkat, (2) The relationship instructional objective knowledge with skill explained of Islamic education teacher at elementary school in Sub District Wampu of District Langkat; (3) The relationship learning resources with skill explained of Islamic education teacher at elementary school in Sub District Wampu of District Langkat; (4) The relationship achievement motivation, instructional objective knowledge, and learning resources together with skill explained of Islamic education teacher at elementary school in Sub District Wampu of District Langkat, This study was descriptive correlational. Population and samples in this research were 35 teachers at elementary school in the Sub District Wampu of Langkat district. Prior to the study, first conducted trials instruments to teachers in schools that are not included in this study sample. The results of tests on the three variables of the study, after the validation and reliability testing, the three variables are ready to be used as research instruments. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there is a significant: (1) Relationship between achievement motivation with skill explained. (2) Relationship knowledge of instructional objective knowledge with skill explained; (3) the relationship learning resources with skill explained, and (4) the relationship of achievement motivation, instructional objective knowledge, and learning resources together with skill explained of Islamic education teacher at elementary school in Sub District Wampu of District Langkat.
