Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan supervisi dan motifasi kerja secara tersendiri dan bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan jenis penelitian korelasional karena melihat hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh guru di kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 5.473 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Cluster Random dan Random Sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebesar 40 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah angket Pelaksanaan Supervisi (r = 0,712), angket Motivasi Kerja (r = 0,706), dan lembar observasi untuk Kinerja Guru (r = 0,728). Teknik analisis data adalah analisis statistik deskriptif untuk menyajikan data dan statistik inferensial untuk naenguji hipotesis penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pelaksanaan Supervisi dengan Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,96 dan harga thitung = 15,09 > ttabel 4,10 dengan dk = 38 pada taraf signifikansi  = 0.05, (2)terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,899 dan, harga thitung = 9,12 > ttabel = 4,10 dengan dk 38 path taraf signifikansi 0.05, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Pelaksanaan Supervisi dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru, diperoleh koefisien korelasi Ry.17 = 0,951. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan hasil 0.904, hal ini berarti 90,4 % variasi yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Guru dapat clijelaskan oleh pelaksanaan Supervisi dan Motivasi Kerja melalui persamaan garis regresi Y = 5.27 + 0,723X1 + 0,194X2.

The objectives of the research aim to know the relationship between the execution supervise and jobs motivation by partial and by together with teachers performance. This research is conducted by using method survey with the corelational research in order to know the relationship among variable. The population in this research is all the teachers in regency Langkat 5.473 teachers. The sample technique is ClusterRandom and Random Sampling, and the sample in this research is 40 teachers. Instrument of collecting data are questionnaire. The questionnaire for data of execution supervise (r = 0,712), questionnaire for data of jobs motivation (r = 0,706), and observation sheet for data of teachers performance (r 0,728). Technique analyze the data is descriptive statistical to describe the data and inferential statistical to test the research hypothesis. The research finding indicated that (1) there is positive relationship between execution supervise with the teachers performance with the correlation coefficient equal to 0,96 and oft calculated = 15,09 > ttable= 4,10 by df = 38 at level of significant = 0.05, (2) there is positive relationship between jobs motivation with the teachers performance with the correlation coefficient equal to 0,899 and oft calculated 9,42 > t lame = 4,10 by df 38 at level of significant 0.05, and (3) there is positive relationship between execution supervise and jobs motivation by together with teachers performance with the correlation coefficient Ry.12 0,951, coefficient determinacy equal to 0.904, its mean that 90,4% teachers performance can be explained by execution supervise and jobs motivation by double linear regression Y = 5,27 4- 0,723X1 + 0,194X2.
