Masalah sumber daya manusia masih menjadi sorotan dan tumpuan bagi perusahaan untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era globalisasi. Hal ini berkaitan dengan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk dapat memberikan kinerja yang baik. Selain itu iklim organisasi yang kondusif akan mendorong keterbukaan, kesediaan untuk menerima, dan mendorong berlangsungnya pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu kompetensi dan iklim organisasi merupakan faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera Medan dengan populasi adalah 238 orang karyawan, dan sampel berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui angket (kuesioner) yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Interval dan diolah secara statistic dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan persamaan structural Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 dan diolah dengan SPSS 17,00. Diperoleh model persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 7,040 + 0,446X1 + 0,368X2, yang artinya jika kompetensi dan iklim organisasi bernilai nol (tidak ada) dapat menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebesar 7,040 satuan. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,543 menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan iklim organisasi dapat menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebesar 54,3% dan 45,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 atau < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Human resource issues are still in the spotlight and the foundation for the company to keep able to survive in the era of globalization. This relates to the competence to be owned qualified human resources to be able give a good performance. Additionally a conducive organizational climate will encourage openness, willingness to accept, and fostering work. Therefore, competency and organizational climate is an important factor in influencing the individuals performance. The study was conducted at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera branch of Medan with a population of employees is 238 people, and the sample some 70 people. Data collection techniques used is through questionnaires (questionnaire) which uses a Interval scale of measurement and statistically processed using multiple regression analysis with structural equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 and processed with SPSS 17.00. Obtained the model equation multiple linear regression Y = 7,040 + 0,446X1 + 0,368X2, which means that if competence and organizational climate is zero (nil) can explain the performance of the employees of 7.040 units. With the coefficient of value determination (R2) for 0.543 indicates that the competence and organizational climate can explain the employees performance of 54.3% and 45.7% explained by other factors not included in this research. Based on the test - F obtained significance value of 0.000 or <0.05, it can be concluded that there is significant influence between competence and organizational climate on employee performance.
