Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui pengaruh: (1) Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (2) Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (3) Tim Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (4) Tim Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (5) Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Populasi penelitian adalah Guru-guru di SMK Pariwisata Medan sebanyak 288 orang. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 71 orang atau 25% dari populasi dengan menggunakan Teknik Cochran yaitu Stratified Proporsional Random Sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data untuk semua variabel adalah kuesioner berskala Likert. Uji validitas instrumen, dengan product moment dan untuk uji reliabilitas angket digunakan rumus alpha. Instrumen angket persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diperoleh koefisien reliabilitasnya 0,861, tim kerja diperoleh 0,779. Kepuasan kerja 0,826 dan Komitmen organisasi diperoleh sebesar 0,771, dengan demikian instrumen angket tersebut termasuk dalam angket berkategori sangat tinggi. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan teknik korelasi dan koefisien jalur. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan berarti antara: (1) Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan koefisien jalur P41 = 0,338 dan besar thitung > ttabe1 (2,985> 1,67). (2) Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru, besar koefisien jalur P31 = 0,285 dan besar thitung > ttabel (2,486 > 1,67). (3) Tim Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, besar koefisien jalur p42 : 0,214, dan besar thitung > ttabe1 (1,907 > 1,67). (4) Tim Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja p32 : 0,24, dan besar thitung > ttabel (2,106>1,67). (5) Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen, besar koefisien jalur P43 = 0,183 dan besar thitung > ttabe1 (1,743>1,67). Besar pengaruh secara proporsional Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah menentukan perubahan-perubahan Komitmen Organisasi adalah sebesar 21,3%, pengaruh secara proporsional untuk Tim Kerja menentukan perubahan-perubahan Komitmen Organisasi sebesar 11,5%, pengaruh secara proporsional untuk Kepuasan Kerja menentukan perubahan-perubahan Komitmen Organisasi sebesar 3,3%, dan pengaruh secara proporsional untuk Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Tim Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru secara bersama-sama menentukan perubahan komitmen Organisasi adalah sebesar 36,1 %. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada Pengaruh Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Tim Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, Tim kerja guru, dan kepuasan kerja akan menumbuhkan komitmen organisasi.

The purpose of this study is to descriptive and knowing the influence: 1). Teachers Perception about Principal Leadhership to Organizational Commitment. 2). Teachers Perception about Principal Leadership to Job Satisfaction. 3). Team Work to Organizational Commitment. 4). Team Work to Job Satisfaction, and 5). Job Satisfaction to Organizational Commitment. The population was all teachers of Vocational Tourism School in Medan, the numbers are 288 people, with sample 71 people or 25% from the population, using Cochran Technique, stratified random sampling. Likert scale questionnaire was used as the instrument to collect data for all variables. For the validity and reliability of the instrument had been done by product moment and alpha formula with the result: coefficient for Teachers perception is 0.861, Team Work 0.779, Job Satisfaction 0.826, and Organizational Commitment is 0.771. This means the questionnaire is high category. To test the hypothesis used correlation technique and path analysis, and the conclusion is; There is direct influence and meaningly between: 1). Teachers perception to organizational commitment p41: 0.338 and tscore > ttable (2.985 > 1.67), 2). Teachers perception to job satisfaction p31: 0.285 and tscore > ttable (2.484 > 1.67), 3). Team work to organizational commitment p42; 0.214 and tscore > ttable (1.907 > 1.67), 4). Team work to job satisfaction p32: 0.24,5). Job satisfaction to organizational commitment p43: 0.183 and tscore > ttable (1.743 > 1.67). The total proportional influencing teachers perception about leadership principal to changes organizational commitment is 21.3%, team work to organizational commitment is 11.5%, job satisfaction to organizational commitment is 3.3%, teachers perception about leadership principal, team work, and job satisfaction together determine changes the changes of organizational commitment is 36.1 %. The result of this study find that teachers perception about principal leadership, team work, job satisfaction had influence to organizational commitment. It could be concluded that if teachers perception about leadership principal is good, so is team work, and job satisfaction, the organizational commitment can be built.
