Abstract

PKBM represent a place of activity aiming at making-up of the quality of human resources thoughtraining education, in which its management considers need of society. Research aims at knowing the perception of learner citizen of PKBM to competence of metal welding fabrication, condition and management of PKBM, and life skill based competence.
