Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini hádala untuk mengetahui hubungan antara: 1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kompetensi profesional guru, 2) disiplin kerja guru dengan kompetensi profesional guru, 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan kompentensi profesional guru SD Negeri Kecamatan patumbak. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Patumbak sebayak 336 orang dan sampel sebanyak 71 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan significan antara: 1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kompetensi profesional guru dengan korelasi r = 0,431 dan sumbangan efektif 15,7%, 2) disiplin kerja guru dengan kompetensi profesional guru dengan korelasi r = 0,566 dan sumbangan efektif 29,4%, dan 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan kompetensi profesional guru dengan korelasi r = 0,672.
