Abstract

Project construction in Indonesia keep growing rapidly, so that the implementation of construction project
management is very necessary to complete some project in time and with cost as planned. Project control
is a part from project management, one methode project control is earned value which is used to manage
value of time and cost. There are three indicators for managing project with concept earned value which is
ACWP (Actual Cost Work Performed), BCWP (Budgeted Cost Of Work Performed), and BCWS
(Budgeted Cost Of Work Schedule), based on earned value indicator there is a time and cost variance value.
Work index value and estimated time and project cost showing progres and project implementation ability.
The purpose of the research is to analyze time an project cost with earned value methode using microsoft
project. Analyze is done with calculating data from the field review until 18 weeks at crossing dock project
Tiga Ras with earned value methode which is using microsotf project. The result from analyze time and
project cost till 18 weeks shows the costs incurred are greater than the budgeted costs, it’s show based CPI
= 0.95<1 and the project implementation time is slower than the planned schedule viewed based on SPI =
0.68<1 . The result of calculating the final cost of the project is Rp 15.167.697.94 with estimated time is
226 days.
