PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, LEVERAGE, DAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2017 - 2020

The problem in this study is an analysis of financial performance that needs to be carried out to measure the extent to which the company’s achievements in terms of finance and the importance of shareholders to obtain correct and timely information that is disclosed accurately and transparently to all company performance information. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, leverage, and managerial ownership on financial performance for manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study consisted of 48 manufacturing companies listed on the on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2020 period.The population in this study were 171 manufacturing companies listed on the on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2020 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 48 companies, for 2017-2020 there were 192 samples. Data collection techniques by downloading financial reports from the site www.idx.co.id. Data analysis techniques used in this study used multiple regression and hipothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study partially indicate that the capital structure and leverage have a significant effect on financial performance. Whereas the managerial ownership has no significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously the capital structure, leverage, and managerial ownership effect financial performance.The conclusion in this study is that the capital structure and leverage have an effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the managerial ownership has no effect on financial performance.
