PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU BK SMA NEGERI SE-KOTA MEDAN TAHUN AJARAN 2013/2014

The research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on work motivation guidance and counseling teacher high schools in the municipality of Medan. The population is all teachers guidance and counseling high schools in the city of Medan with amount 103. The sample was guidance and counseling teachers from 6 schools with 24 reponden. This research method is deskripstif percentage. From the data obtained processing mean outcome variables X 42.1, the mean of the variable Y 65. Of homogeneity and normality tests found that the sample is derived from a homogeneous population and normal. After that look at the correlation between the two variables a correlation of 0.91. With significance level of 0.05 (0.404), which count r> r table (0.91> 0.404). After testing the hypothesis with the t test, t obtained at 8.69. Further consultation with 1.71 t table with df = n1 + n2-2, from 24 df at 5% significance level = 1.71. Because t which is greater than t table is 8.69> 1.71, then the null hypothesis Ho is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. With the conclusion that the influence of organizational culture on work motivation guidance and counseling teachers received derby field.
