Abstract

This analysis was based on the latest research which concern of researcher about education system “pendidikan
berkarakter” which has been decide of the government, and it’s found an observational learning have a contribution to shape student affective aspect with a significant correlation between observational learning indicator that consisted of attention, motivation, and retention to students affective aspect. Then, there was a significant effects of attention, motivation, and retention to students affective aspect. In the view of social psychology, human can be learn only through observation and interaction, that’s found will be analyze and describe as a role of observational learning to shape individual affective aspect in social life. So this analysis will discuss further the implication of observational learning to individual affective aspect in
social life with using psychology perspective: Social Cognitive Theory.
