A CHARACTER-PEER COUNSELOR MODEL THROUGH BMB3 STRATEGY AT UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN

The objectives this research are to identify the peer counselors needs and to develop the character-peer counselors model through BMB3 strategy. This research was conducted at the Universitas Negeri Medan, the research design used is development research. The first step that was conducted on the fist year was collecting data for the developing model. The research population are the third semester students of Unimed. Samples were taken by using purposive random sampling. Those selected sampleswhich consist of 40 students are considered as the representatives all of the study programs in Universitas Negeri Medan.
