Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang Sikap Siswa Dalam Pemanfaatan Waktu Senggang Serta Implikasi Terhadap Bimbingan Dan Konseling Di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Medan dan menyusun program bimbingan dan konseling yang diberikan kepada siswa tentang sikap siswa dalam pemanfaatan waktu senggang, serta implikasi terhadap bimbingan dan konseling di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 sampel di SMPN 7 Medan dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menyebar angket kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa sikap siswa dalam pemanfaatan waktu senggang serta implikasi terhadap bimbingan dan konseling di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Medan responden diperoleh Sikap siswa dalam pemanfaatan waktu senggang yang ditinjau dari indikator diperoleh di SMP Negeri 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 0 (0%) Hasil yang diperoleh dari angket yang dibagikan indikator memperoleh kategori tinggi sebanyak 2 (57%) yaitu dengan indikator menggunakan waktu senggang, Cara mengisi waktu senggang. Indikator kategori sedang sebanyak 1 (59%) yaitu dengan indikator mengisi waktu senggang dirumah sedangkan kategori rendah diperoleh sebanyak 1 (55%) yaitu dengan indikator mengisi waktu senggang disekolah, indikator dan kategori sangat tinggi diperoleh sebanyak 0 (0%) indikator, berdasarkan dari kisi-kisi pemanfaatan waktu senggang yang telah disusun terdapat 4 indikator, yang disimpulkan. Hasil analisis profil sikap siswa dalam pemanfaatan waktu senggang ditinjau berdasarkan 4 deskriptor diperoleh bahwa siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 0 (0%) deskriptor, Hasil yang diperoleh dari angket yang dibagikan deskriptor memperoleh kategori tinggi sebanyak 2 (57%) yaitu deskriptor siswa mengisi waktu senggang dengan mencari hal-hal baru, dan siswa mengisi waktu senggangnya dengan ekstrakurikuler. Deskriptor kategori sedang sebanyak 1 (59%) yaitu deskriptor menggunakan hal-hal bermanfaat dirumah untuk ngerjakan tugas yang tertunda di sekolah atau pun PR, sedangkan kategori rendah diperoleh sebanyak 1 (55%) yaitu deskriptor pada waktu senggang siswa menggunakan waktunya untuk hal-hal yang lebih bermanfaat seperti mengerjakan tugas jika guru tidak ada, dan kategori sangat tinggi diperoleh sebanyak 0 (0%) deskriptor. Deskripto memiliki 4 deskriptor yang berdasarkan kisi-kisi yang terdiri dari pertanyaan tentang kemandirian belajar. Berdasarkan data diatas, dirumuskan program bimbingan dan konseling yang membuat program tahunan dan program semester terkait dengan Sikap Siswa Dalam Pemanfaatan Waktu Senggang Serta Implikasi Terhadap Bimbingan Dan Konseling
