Abstract
Suku batak karo memiliki banyak makanan yang unik serta hampir tidak jarang ada di suku suku lainya serta bisa dikatakan langka, salah satu nya adalah tasak telu yang mempunyai nilai etnis yang tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk lebih mendalami pemaknaan makanan khas suku batak karo, Penelitian dilakukan di kabupaten langkat. Penelitian tersebut memakai 2 tata cara riset ialah, tata cara kualitatif serta tata cara kuantitatif. Tata cara kualitatif merupakan suatu proses penyelidikan buat menguasai permasalahan sosial ataupun permasalahan manusia. Tasak Telu pula kerap diucap selaku masakan khas Karo yang berarti" masak 3" ataupun" 3 masakan", ialah masakan yang terdiri dari masakan ayam rebus yang dicampur dengan darah ayam ataupun ampela ayam, daun singkong serta kelapa parut. Sedangkan air rebusan daging ayam biasa pula disajikan selaku kuah ataupun sup yang berdasar bahan ayam kampung, disajikan dalam upacara adat semacam perayaan Merdang Merdem ataupun Kerja Tahun serta warga masih sangat memahami apalagi kerap menyajikan ini di rumah warga tersebut pada hari hari besar.
