Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hasil belajar matematika yang diajar dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan mengunakan video lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan grafis konvensional, (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan Spasial visual tinggi lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan Spasial visual rendah, (3) ada interaksi pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan video dan kemampuan Spasial visual terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 067245 Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV semester 2 yang terbagi atas 3 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 99 orang. Kelas IV a dibelajarkan dengan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Tematik denga Menggunakan Video dan Kelas IV b dibelajarkan dengan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Tematik dengan Menggunakan Grafis Konvensional. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara cluster rundom sampling. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengukur hasi belajar digunakan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan empat pilihan jawaban dengan jumlah soal sebanyak 30 butir. Untuk mengukur kemampuan Spasial visual siswa dilakukan melalui tes yang telah diuji kevalidannya oleh ahli psikologi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikan  = 0,05.Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar matematika yang diajar dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan mengunakan video lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan grafis konvensional = 20,77 > = 18,79 dengan Fhitung = 249,68 > Ftabel = 3,99 (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan Spasial visual tinggi lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan Spasial visual rendah = 23,88 > = 14,89 dengan Fhitung = 4.04 > Ftabel = 3,99 (3) ada interaksi pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan media (video, grafis konvensional) dan kemampuan Spasial visual terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa Fhitung = 7,13 > Ftabel = 3,99. Perhitungan uji lanjut dengan uji Tukey menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar matematika yang signifikan antara siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan mengunakan video dan siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan grafis konvensional, begitu juga dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan Spasial visual tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan Spasial visual rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan adanya interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan Video dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan Grafis Konvensional. Hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan spasial visual tinggi lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan spasial visual rendah jika diajar dengan menggunakan video, sebaliknya hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan spasial visual rendah lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar matematika siswa yang memiliki kemampuan spasial visual tinggi jika diajar dengan menggunakan grafis konvensional.
