Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang kurang mampu mengelola kelas dengan baik dikarenakan adanya hambatan dan gangguan yang biasa terdapat dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pengajaran, media yang kreatif dan metode pembelajaran yang dibawakan oleh guru sehingga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar siwa kelas III. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan metode eksperimental. Penelitian dilaksanakan di UPT SD N 060914 Medan Sunggal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa UPT SD N 060914. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi tersebut, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III-A dan III-B sebanyak 50 siswa. Dalam hal ini siswa kelas III-A sebanyak 27 siswa dan kelas III-B sebanyak 23 siswa. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik kuisioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, maka diperoleh validitas angket pengelolaan kelas tergolong sangat tinggi yaitu rhitung = 0,949 > rtabel = 0,361. Dari segi pengelolaan kelas yang diterapkan oleh guru, dimana dari hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan skor 137-139 ada 5 siswa (10%), untuk siswa yang memperoleh skor 134–136 terdapat 16 siswa (32%), untuk siswa yang memperoleh skor 131-133 terdapat 9 siswa (18%), untuk siswa yang memperoleh skor 128-130 terdapat 11 siswa (22%), dan untuk siswa yang memperoleh skor 124-127 terdapat 9 siswa (18%). Berdasarkan perhitungan korelasi ternyata nilai koefisien antara hasil penelitian angket pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa sebesar rhitung = 0,327. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan yang positif atau tidak, maka r hasil perhitungan angka indeks korelasi yang diperoleh ternyata terletak antar 0,21–0,40 dengan ini berarti terdapat korelasi yang positif yang signifikan antara Pengelolaan Kelas dengan Hasil Belajar. Sedangkan dalam interprestasi dengan menggunakan Tabel Nilai ‘r’ Product Moment ternyata rhitung > rtabel, yaitu 0,327 > 0,277. Baik pada taraf signifikan 5%, hipotesis alternative (Ha) diterima atau disetujui sedangkan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pengelolaan Kelas dengan Hasil Belajar siswa, semakin baik pengelolaan kelas maka semakin tinggi hasil belajar siswa.
