Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMP Swasta Islam Muslim Hands ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran blended learning terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII di SMP Swasta Islam Muslim Hands T.A. 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 25 orang di SMP Swasta Islam Muslim Hands Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Sampel dilakukan kepada seluruh populasi yang ada di kelas tersebut, yang akan diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Blended Learning. Sebagai alat pengumpulan data digunakan data pretest dan Posttest dalam bentuk tes uraian, dimana pretest berjumlah 3 soal dan posttest berjumlah 3 soal yang sudah divalidkan. Dalam penelitian ini untuk rata – rata nilai hasil proses penyelesaian pretest di kelas dalam aspek “Menulis Matematika” yaitu sebesar dan posttest sebesar. Pada aspek “Menggambar Matematika” nilai rata–rata pretest sebesar dan posttest sebesar. Pada aspek “Representasi” nilai rata–rata pretest sebesar dan posttest sebesar. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis untuk hasil belajar dengan menggunakan paired uji-t. Setelah dilakukan pengujian data, ternyata diperoleh hasil pengujian kemampuan hasil belajar pada taraf dengan yaitu, maka di tolak dan diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Blended Learning memiliki pengaruh serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berdasarkan hasil nilai rata–rata pretest dan posttest kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang meningkat.
