Abstract

Higher education as the highest formal educational institution that is expected to be able to achieve and realize national education goals. According to a 2009 Ministry of National Education study stated that a person's success in education, 85% is determined by the ability to communicate, time management and the ability to work together (soft skills). This shows that soft skills have a very large role for students to achieve success. soft skills can be grown and can be trained, one way is to organize. Medan University is an Educational Higher Education institution which has been active for a long time in producing educators and non-education staff. The change of IKIP Medan to Medan State University is intended as an effort to improve the quality of the implementation of Educational Workforce Institutions (LPTK). This change is in turn placed as an effort to improve the quality of graduates who are considered relevant to address development needs.
This Research Aims To Know The Effect Of Organizational Activity And Time Management On Student Learning Achievement In The Study Program Of Economic Education Of 2017 Medan State University By Taking A Population Of 43, And The Sample Taken Namely The Entire Population (Total Sampling) Data Collection Using Documentation and Questionnaire (Questionnaire) . Data Analysis Techniques Used in This Research Are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the Results of Simultaneous Hypothesis Test (F Test) Obtained Fcount = 95,896> Ftable = 3.23 With Significant 0,000 <0.05, So It Can Be Concluded That There Are Positive And Significant Effects Between Organizational Activity And Time Management Against Student Achievement of 2017 Stambuk Economic Education Study Program Medan State University.
The Conclusion In This Research Is T (Partially) Organizational Activity Has A Negative And Significant Impact On Student Achievement In Economics Education Study Program. And Time Management Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Student Achievement in the Economics of Education Study Program. Based on the F Test Results (Simultaneous) Organizational Activity and Time Management have a Positive and Significant Effect on Student Achievement in the Study of the Economics of Education Program in the 2017 Economic University of Medan.
