Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI di SMK Swasta Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa T.P. 2020/2021 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Based learning dan strategi Small Group Work. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa T.P. 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 44 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Team Based learning dan strategi Small Group Work. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan di dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantatif. Dari lembar observasi aktivitas siswa diperoleh hasil aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I terdapat 22 siswa (55,00%) yang termasuk dalam kriteria aktif. Pada siklus II siswa yang termasuk dalam kriteria aktif meningkat menjadi 40 siswa (90,91%). Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh data tes hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari pre-test 35,23 dengan tidak ada satupun siswa yang tuntas (0 %) dan post-test siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 74,32 dengan siswa tuntas 30 siswa (68,18%) dan meningkat di hasil post-test siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,82 dengan siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 39 siswa (88,64%). Siswa dikatakan tuntas jika nilai yang diperoleh sesuai dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) yaitu 80 dan tujuan pembelajaran tercapai jika siswa yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) ≥ 80%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Team Based learning dan strategi Small Group Work dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa pada materi Piutang Tidak Tertagih di Kelas XI SMK Swasta Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa T.P. 2020/2021.
