Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan yang sedang terjadi selama proses pembelajaran online seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana selama pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Medan di tengah pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan penggunaan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD stambuk 2017, 2018, dan 2019 sebanyak 1037 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan derajat kesalahan 10% (0,1) sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 91 mahasiswa. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskritif dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Medan di tengah pandemi covid-19 yaitu kesulitan belajar indikator motivasi sebesar 19.56%, kesulitan belajar indikator minat sebesar 20.00%, kesulitan belajar indikator sikap sebesar 38.90%, kesulitan belajar indikator keadaan jasmani sebesar 15.16%, kesulitan belajar indikator sarana dan prasarana sebesar 72.53%, kesulitan belajar indikator lingkungan keluarga 12.97%, dan kesulitan belajar indikator lingkungan masyarakat 52.97%. Dapat disimpulkan hasil analisis kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Medan di tengah pandemi covid-19 tergolong kategori cukup dengan persentase 33.16%.
