Abstract

This research aims to determine how and how far the influence of regional financial independence, the rate of economic growth, the rate of school participation on human development index in Indonesia. This research data is taken from 34 provinces in Indonesia with a period from 2014-2018 through secondary data. The research uses a data panel analysis with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results showed that increased regional financial independence, economic growth rate and school participation figures could affect the achievement of human development index figures in 34 provinces in Indonesia.
