Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memperoleh produk bahan ajar kimia SMA berbasis blended learning pada materi larutan penyangga yang sesuai dengan standar BSNP dan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa (2) mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis blended learning lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar yang diajar tanpa menggunakan bahan ajar reguler. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (R and D), melalui tahapan analisis, tahap rancangan dan tahap pengembangan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan menganalisis tiga buku pelajaran kimia kelas XI pada materi Larutan Penyangga SMA, yang meliputi satu buku kimia yang digunakan di tempat penelitian dan dua buku yang lain. Setelah dianalisis, maka dilakukan pengembangan bahan kontekstual yang berbasis blended learning.Setelah dikembangkan maka diberikan kepada tiga responden yang meliputi dua orang dosen kimia FMIPA Unimed dan satu orang guru mata pelajaran kimia SMA 14 Medan untuk menilai kevalidan dari bahan ajar. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uju normalitas yaitu sebesar 9,66<11,07 pada kelas eksperimen 10,77<11,07.Pada kelas kontrol keduanya terdistribusi homogen, hasil analisis uji normalitas pada kelas kontrol dan eksperimen pada data pretest sebesar 1,12 <1,96 yaitu data pada kedua kelas tersebut homogen, pada data postest diperoleh data sebesar 1,26<1,96 yaitu data pada kedua kelas tersebut homogeny,selanjutnya hasil uji hipotesis yakni uji t-pihak kanan, ttabel didapat dari tabel dengan α = 0,05 dan db=n-1=26-1=25 yaitu 1,706 dan thitung= 2,5 artinya peningkatan hasil belajar yang diajar menggunakan bahan ajar kontektual yang berbasis blended learning lebih besar dari pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan bahan ajar reguler.
