Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batubara. Populasi penelitian ini 116 orang guru PNS dan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel digunakan rumus slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 90 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket setelah lebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrumen dengan koefisien reliabilitas tinggi yaitu : Gaya Kepemimpinan 0,913, Iklim Organisasi 0,755, Motivasi Kerja 0,915 dan Kinerja Guru 0,753. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru, iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja guru.
