PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN LOKUS KENDALI EKSTERNAL TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR EKONOMI BISNIS SISWA KELAS X SMK SWASTA PARULIAN 2 MEDAN TA.2017/2018

The problems in this research is the low economics business achievement of studentsClass X SMK Swasta Parulian 2 MedanAcademic Year 2017/2018. This research aims to find outeffect of self efficacy and external locus of control on student learning achievment ofeconomics business ClassX SMK Swasta Parulian 2 Medan Academic Year 2017/2018.
Population in this research is the whole ClassX SMK Swasta Parulian2 Medan which amounted to 46 peoples. Samples taken as much as 46 peoples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The validity of the questionnaires on the test with the formula Product Moment while reliabilitywas tested by using Cronbach Alpha’s formula. From that analysis obtained that questioner are valid and reliable. And than obtained data from questionary are analysis used with multiple linear analysis.
The results of the research hypothesis it was concluded that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the self efficacy to student learning achievment of economics business. This is indicated by t_count>t_tablewhere t-test obtained result of 6,238 bigger thant_table 2,017; (2) There arenegative and insignificant influence between external locus of control tostudent learning achievment of economics business. T-test results obtained of -1,810 smaller than 2,017and the value of sig 0,077 > 0,05; (3) There are positive and significant influence between the self-efficacy and external locus of controlto student learning achievment of economics business with value of F_count>F_table. F-test obtained results 58,003bigger than 3,21 and sig value 0,00 < 0,05. The value of the coefficient of determination R2 of 73% explain change of achievement study economics business affected by the self efficacy and external locus of control.
