PENGARUH KONSEP DIRI DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS XI MIA MAN LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN AJARAN 2017/2018

The problem in this research is learning achievement student less. This
aims to determine how the influence of self concept and achievement motivation
to the achievement of learning economy class XI MIA MAN Lubuk Pakam
Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was conducted in MAN Lubuk Pakam
which is located at Karya Agung street Komplek Pemkab Deli Sedang.
The population in this research is 172 students and 63 sample with
Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection technique are documentation and
through questionnaires. That questionnaires is tested before used first. From that
analysis obtained that questionnaire are valid and reliable. And that obtained data
from questionnaire are analysis used with multiple linear analysis.
Results of data analysis obtained that the two variables (self concept and
achievement motivation) marked positive and significant effect of the economic
student achievement of class XI MIA MAN Lubuk Pakam Academic Year
2017/2018, tcount > ttable where the results of t tet on the self concept variable of
4,622 is greater than ttable 1,670 and the achievement motivation show 2,647 is
greater than ttable 1,670; and F test result show the value Fcount is 37,073 greater
than Ftable 3,15.
