Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X SMk Al Swasta Jambi Medan T.A 2018/2019. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan fasilitas belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X SMK Swasta Jambi Medan T.A 2018/2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta Jambi Medan Kelas X Administrasi Perkantora. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 80 orang siswa. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan sampel total yaitu berjumlah 80 orang siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket, Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.00 for windows 7. Untuk mengetahui hipotesis berpengaruh maka digunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 95% dan alpha 5%. Dari hasil tersebut iperoleh untuk variabel fasilitas belajar (X_1) dengan hasil belajar (Y) di proleh thitung> ttabel sebesar (4,472> 1,664) dengan signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yang menjelaskan bahawa faslitas belajar (X_1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (Y). Selanjutnya untuk minat belajar (X_2) terhadap hasil belajar (Y) diperoleh thitung> ttabel (4,044> 1,664) dengan signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 hal ini berarti hipotesis diterima yang menjelaskan bahwa fasilitas belajar 〖(X〗_2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (Y). Dan untuk mengetahui apakah hipotesis ketiga berpengaruh digunakan uji F simultan, hasilnya diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel (39,044> 3,11) dengan signifikan 0,000 <0,05 hal ini berasrti hipotesis ketiga diterima yang menjelaskan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara fasilitas belajar (X_1) dan minat belajar 〖(X〗_2) terhadap hasil belajar (Y). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Fasilitas Belajar dan Minat Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X AP SMK Swasta jambi Medan Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpilkan fasilitas belajar dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X SMK Swasta Jambi Medan T.A 2018/2019.
