Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi melalui penerapanteknik Quick On The Draw dalam model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Binjai Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 6 Binjai yang beralamat di Jalan A.R. Hakim No 66A Kota Binjai . Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS 2yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Objek dalam Penelitian ini adalah penerapan Teknik Quick On The Draw Dalam Model STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, dimana dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa untuk melihat aktivitas belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I terdapat 24 orang (60%) siswa yang dinyatakan aktif dan sangat aktif. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 35 orang siswa (87,5%) siswa yang dinyatakan aktifdan sangat aktif. Sehingga aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat 27,5% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar pada pretest sebelum diadakannya tindakan menunjukkan 17 orang siswa (42,5%) yang tuntas dengan nilai rata 69,375%. Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 25 orang (62,5%) dengan nilai rata-rata 74,15% dan pada siklus ke II sebanyak 37 orang siswa mengalami ketuntasan belajar (92,5%) dengan nilai rata-rata 83,125%. Sehingga terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa dari siklus I sampai ke siklus II sebesar 8,97%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik Quick On The Draw dalam model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisiondapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi pada siswa kelas XII IPS 2pada materi pokok Jurnal Khusus di SMA Negeri 6 Binjai Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.
