Abstract

The teacher is most powerful person in the classroom. Psychologically speaking. His ability to reward and punish is usually grater than that of any individual in the room; he sets the pace; he takes the intiative, or rather, the initiative is his if he wants it. The teacher’s power is such that even when he does nothing to the slacc. He even has an effest on the class when he is not present”There are manya aspects of this problem about teaching and learning which we cannot be certain, but of this we can be sure: it is more than ever essential that our classroom climate be designed to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of children as well as their physical and intellectual learnig about chemistry and how they behave. The expririments which will be suggested in the motivation prosess is very useful for this purpose. There is much about the role of motivation that is constructive. There is much about it that could lead to optimism, that will increase the result of the teaching and learning process in science chemistry.
