Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui(1) validitas, kepraktisan dan efektivitas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan melalui pendekatan matematika realistik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah (2) validitas, kepraktisan dan efektivitas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan melalui pendekatan matematika realistik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan disposisi matematis, (3) peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan bahan ajar yang yang dikembangkan melalui pendekatan matematika realistik dan (4) peningkatan disposisi matematis dengan menggunakan bahan ajar yang yang dikembangkan melalui pendekatan matematika realistikpada siswa kelas V. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, disseminate). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Lamsayeun Aceh Besar. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelayakan bahan ajar yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan disposisi matematika. Untuk kelayakan bahan ajar tersebut dilihat dari segi kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan 3 jenis instrumen yaitu lembar penilaian, angket, dan tes. Bahan ajar yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang telah direvisi telah valid dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil ahli materi pembelajaran sebesar 92,75%, ahli bahasa menunjukkan nilai sebesar 98,25%, ahli media menunjukkan nilai sebesar 97,50% dan validasi guru menunjukkan bahwa 90%. Hasil validasi LKS menunjukkan bahwa ahli materi pembelajaran sebesar 95,50%, ahli bahasa menunjukkan nilai sebesar 92,75%, ahli media menunjukkan nilai sebesar 93,75% dan validasi guru menunjukkan nilai 85%.Keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan realistik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan disposisi matematis sudah efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika, yang meliputi: a.85% siswa yang mengikuti tes kemampuan pemecahan maslah memperoleh nilai minimal 75. b. Pencapaian persentase waktu ideal aktivitas siswa. c. Pencapaian kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran telah baik. d. Minimal 80% dari banyaknya subjek yang diteliti memberikan respon yang positif terhadap komponen perangkat pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan matematika realistik yang dikembangkan.Kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan disposisi matematis pada siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar melalui pendekatan matematika realistik telah meningkat. Respon siswa terhadap komponen-komponen bahan pembelajaran dan kegiatan pembelajaran adalah positif.
